Testimonials

I first joined AXCBT during my senior year of college. This was my first paid professional dance job, and it was the perfect transition from an academic environment to a professional environment. Gabriel is an encouraging leader, mentor, and advocate for dancers. He has provided me with more than performance opportunities, as I currently teach at the Axelrod Academy, choreograph for both AXCBT and APAA, and serve as AXCBT’s rehearsal director. I admire how Gabriel sees his dancers as a whole person, giving them opportunities to wear multiple hats and explore outside their comfort zones. I am grateful to have been part of AXCBT for over two years, and am excited to see how much more the company will grow under his guidance and leadership.

- Lindsay Jorgensen, AXCBT Company Artist since 2020
